Include your app version, iPhone or iPad model and a brief description of what happened. Screenshots can help; please remove any private voyage or location details before sending them.

Planning a route

Open Route, add your ports and choose a service speed. Open Calculate ETA to include port stays and review arrival estimates. You can edit the rotation and choose the leg to monitor.

Location and monitoring

Route planning does not require location access. For live monitoring, allow device location access or select a compatible NMEA 0183 UDP position source on your local network. If the position stops updating, check permissions, the selected source and the network connection.

Maps and weather

Online maps and weather need an internet connection. If a layer does not load, check connectivity and try again. Forecasts and arrival times are estimates and may change.

About the first release

Pearl Marine Maps is being prepared for the App Store. The first release is free and has no advertising or account registration.

This support address is not an emergency service. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical navigation.
